A business with self-satisfaction like being a part of safe environments, that thought process pushed me to start this business.

More than I expected and my business going smoothly, because we are applying innovative concepts on every single project.

Any place where consumption of water is more than 10,000 liters

(Apartments, malls, Industries, Institutions, Hospitals)

What is the most challenging aspect of your business?

People are not ready to spend much on environmental projects,( And also when clients comparing us with some local competitors who are non-technical & inexperienced)

If you are given a chance to start any business other than the one you are currently into, which one would it be and why?

Might be any franchise like suguna chicken, ice cream shops, restaurants

What is success according to you?

Working with a corporate defined structure and showing our ability is not actually a success. Success is individuality, whether its small scale or big scale when we create our own identity and working structure to reach our goal is really called success.

List a few of the most challenging situations you have faced in your entrepreneurial journey.

Financial backup is the main challenging situation when we took some bigger level turnkey projects. Managing employees also be a major challenging situation.

Who/What is your greatest inspiration and why?

Mr.R.Ponnusamy_ MD of Aroma Milk,  Initially, he started a tea shop to provide good quality at low cost, when he got more customers at a certain time he never compromises on quality even external circumstances pushed to raise the price. Once he created some satisfied customers he moved into the pocket milk business on a small scale level even there he followed his own principle and business ethics. Now he is taking care of one of the biggest milk production units in TN and Kerala also owning 16 bakery outlets. He is the greatest inspiration to me personally.

What is your leadership/management style?

Having the capacity to translate vision into reality.

What is your leadership mantra?

There is no free lunch; I must work harder than expected and be more patients than others.
